SIKAP is a scholarship program for all Higher Education Institution (HEI) faculty and non-teaching personnel who wish to pursue graduate studies (MA/MS and PHD) in the identified universities and colleges in the Philippines.

CALL FOR APPLICATIONS

The Scholarships for Staff and Instructors’ Knowledge Advancement Program (SIKAP) is now accepting applications! The program offers scholarships to Higher Education Institution (HEI) teaching and non-teaching personnel who are seeking advanced studies in identified universities and colleges in the Philippines.

Successful applicants will receive financial privileges including tuition and fees, stipend and research allowance until degree completion.

Interested applicants must be nominated by their Sending Higher Education Institutions (SHEIs) and must submit all documentary requirements before the prescribed deadline.
