APPLICATION FOR Education for Development Scholarship Program (EDSP) INCOMING COLLEGE STUDENTS IS NOW OFFICIALLY OPEN!
(A.Y 2023 - 2024)

APPLICATION PERIOD: January 9 - 31, 2023

EDSP is a scholarship program that offers financial assistance amounting to PhP 60, 000.00 per school year to qualified dependents of OWWA - active member (OFWs) who shall enroll in a baccalaureate course in any Philippine College or University. Applicants who are incoming college freshmen will undergo qualifying examination as administered by DOST. Top 400 scholars nationwide will be selected based on their exam performance.

QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Must be a child, or sibling of a single or married but childless Active OWWA Member OFW.
  2. Must be single.
  3. Must not be more than 21 years old upon application.
  4. Must be Grade 12 graduating students.
  5. Must have a GWA of at least 80% or its equivalent.
  6. Must have no failing grades.
  7. Must be willing to enroll in Philippine - based colleges/universities.
Initial Requirements for Applicants:

Proof of Grades only 
(e.i. Grades 9, 10, and 11: Form 137/10, Form 138, or Certificate of Grades)
