GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS FOR APPOINTMENT

No persons shall be appointed as uniformed personnel of the BJMP unless he/she possesses the following minimum qualifications:

A citizen of the Republic of the Philippines;
A person of good moral character
Must possess a baccalaureate degree fro a recognized institution of learning;
Must possess the appropriate Eligibility (CS Prof, CS Penology Officer, PD 907 & RA 1080)
Must not have been dishonorably discharged of dismissal for cause from previous employment;
Must not have been convicted by final judgement of an offense or crime involving moral turpitude;
Must not be less than twenty-one (21) nor more than thirty (30) years of age. A waiver for age requirement shall be automatically granted to applicants belonging to the Cultural Communities;
Must possess a baccalaureate degree from a recognized institution of learning;
Must not have been dishonorably discharged of dismissal for cause from previous employment;
Must not have been convicted by final judgement of an offense or crime involving moral turpitude;
Must be atleast five feet and two inches (5'2 ft) or one meter and fifty-seven centimeters (1.57 m) in height for Male and five feet (5'0 ft) or one meter and fifty-two centimeters (1.52 m) in height for Female: A waiver for height requirement shall be automatically granted to applicants belonging to the Cultural Communities.
Must weigh not more or less than five kilograms (5kgs) from the standard weight corresponding to his/her height, age, and sex.
Must have passed the nuero-psychiatric evaluation, medical examination and drug test for the purpose of determining his/her physical and mental health.

REQUIREMENTS

Duly accomplished HANDWRITTEN Personal Data Sheet (Revised - 2017) - Three (3) sets with (1) sketch of residence.
One (1) authenticated and one (1) photocopy of College Diploma.
One (1) authenticated and one (1) photocopy of Certificate of Eligibility (CSC) or Board Rating (PRC), valid PRC ID and Certificate of Good Standing.
Original or authenticated copy of Birth Certificate issued by PSA.
Original or authenticated copy of Marriage Contract issued by PSA (if Married)
Photocopies of valid clearances (NBI, Police, PNP - Directorate for Intelligence, Barangay, MTC, RTC, and Prosecutor's Office)
Photocopies of Certificate/s of Previous or Present Employment
Photocopies of Certificate/s of Seminars/Trainings completed
Photocopy of MDF (PAG - IBIG)
Photocopy of MDR (PHILHEALTH)
Photocopy of TIN ID or TIN verification
