The Christmas vacation for public schools will begin on December 20, 2021, and end on January 2, 2022, according to the Department of Education (DepEd).
The dates for Christmas break were specified in the DepEd Order No. 29, series of 2021, according to a statement released on Oct. 29.
“These are the holiday break dates for all schools,” DepEd said.
Based on the same order, the opening of classes was on Sept. 13, 2021 and the last day will be on June 24, 2022.
The school year consists of a total of 209 school days.
